- Requirement: All staff, coaches, and volunteers must complete an FDLE Level 2 background check
- Effective Date: January 1, 2025
- Mandate Issued By: State of Florida
Key Details
- This is NOT a requirement of US Club Soccer or FCL but is mandated by the State of Florida.
- This mandate goes into effect 1.1.2025 – technically coaches and volunteers should have this completed before they step onto to the fields with players in 2025.
- Those clubs who have not yet completed the check will need to do so to be compliant with the state of Florida
